Development and Construction of a Single Ireland Production Site (SIPS) of Coca Cola

Construction of a Single Ireland Production site for CCHBC. The new manufacturing plant is to be constructed on a 160.000 m2 land and includes :

New warehouse facility for storage and distribution of finished product and Production facility (30.000 m2),
Storage for raw materials,
PET (plastic bottle) production area,
Engineering workshop,
Utilities Block,
Offices and staff welfare facilities to include a visitors centre (5.000 m2),
Waste Water Treatment Plant,
Provision of Utility Plant,
Provision of Utility Services,
External works include the construction of a read network & parking (both asphalt and concrete) of 50.000 m2 and landscaping of 15.000 m2.
