Construction of the Single Ireland Production Site (SIPS) of CCHBC – a total built area of 44,450m² consisting of:
-Offices, a 2-storey steel building 4,900m²
-Energy centre, 1,375m² steel building
-Loading and unloading bay canopies
-Distribution/Production Building of 31,750m²
-Production support buildings of 5,340m²
-Injection building (PET) of 1,375m² and construction of external roadworks and parking area of 50,000m², and of landscaped areas of 15,000m².
