THE MALL ATHENS

“The Mall Athens” is located in Maroussi, Athens and it  is built on 5 levels of commercial uses (58.000 m2 of GLA)
It comprises 195 stores, 25 restaurants / cafes, a 15 screen cinema complex and 2.065  parking lots in the 3 underground levels (90.000 m2).

The scope of works consisted in conversity the existing bearing stucture into a shopping mall.The internal finishes consist of 15.000 m2 floor ceramic tiles, 8.000 m2 suspended ceilings 60Χ60, 16.000 m2 of internal gypsum partitions, 6.000 m2 of accoustic woodpaneling, M&E installations (57.000 kg of square airducts, 863 lm of circular airducts e.t.c.)
