S8 – the Armii Krajowej Route

The contract concerns the upgrade of Armii Krajowej between Modilska Juction in Warsow and Pilsudskiego Junction in Marki, stretching 7.1 km with three lanes plus one emergency in each direction, to highway standards.

Works include the construction and reconstruction of 7 junctions, 32 bridges with a total surface of 65,000 sq.m. and 12,500 tons of metal elements, 21,000 metres of concrete rods and 127,000 sq.m. of sound barriers.

The project also includes the reconstruction of 36.53km of local roads and existing infrastructure.
