City of Dreams Mediterranean Integrated Casino Resort

The Works are for the construction of an Integrated Casino Resort (ICR) for the City of Dreams Mediterranean, located at Zakaki, Limassol, Cyprus.

The Works are the construction of the whole resort facilities on the 37 hectare site and includes: a) Main podium building with the casinos, restaurants, MICE, retail, hotel lobby, spa, gym, indoor pool, plantrooms and HoH staff and operations facilities, b) Sixteen storey Hotel Tower with approximately 500 guest rooms, c) Expo building and loading area, d) Other small buildings including all day dining terrace covered area, sports centre, event pavilion, Kid’s Club, toilet blocks, bars, massage cabanas, boiler plantroom, cooling towers enclosures and LPG tank storage, e) Four large outdoor pools and associated facilities including Jacuzzis, kids play area, wave rider, f) Poolscape, g) Sports facilities including mini soccer field, tennis courts, squash courts and basketball court, h) Outdoor event facilities including amphitheater, pavilion sloped lawn and playground, i) Hotel drop off and resort roads, j) Staff and guest car parking areas, k) Utility connections, public roads and underground services, sewage and storm water pump rooms and equipment, property fencing, l) General soft landscape.
