Resignation of non-executive member of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors announces that Mr George Demetriou resigned from his position as non-executive director of J&P-AVAX SA for personal reasons, which was accepted with immediate effect.

Company management thanked Mr Demetriou for the services he provided to company administration over a long period, and his significant contribution throughout his term at the Board of Directors.

As per article 82 of Law 4548/2018 and article 23, paragraph 2 of the Company Charter, the Board of Directors decided not to replace Mr Demetriou for the time being, and continue its managerial work and representation of the Company with the remaining Board members.
