AVAX Group: New contract with ANATOLIA for a 4,500 sq m building, contributing to the academic upgrade of Thessaloniki

AVAX Group subsidiary ETETH SA signed with the American Educational Organization ANATOLIA a contract for the construction of a new three-storey building inside the academic campus, with a total area of 4,500 sq m.

The project pertains to the “ANATOLIA AMERICAN UNIVERSITY BUILDING X” which will feature classrooms, laboratories, an amphitheater and multifunctional spaces that promote learning and upgrade the academic process.

This new agreement seals the trust between the two organizations, constituting the 6th project in a row that the American Educational Organization ANATOLIA has assigned to AVAX Group.

They were preceded by:
– the “Anatolia Elementary School Campus”
– the “WEST HALL”
– the historic “Compton Hall” along with the Centre for Educational Excellence “Kassandra Center for Educational Excellence/IBDP Building”
– the “Pinewood American International School”
– and the renovation of “ANATOLIA MIDDLE SCHOOL RIGGS HALL & WHITE HALL”

The academic infrastructure of Thessaloniki is constantly evolving and AVAX Group is proud to contribute to this.
