Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 17.07.2026 it purchased 32,000 own shares for a total amount of €105,105.01 at an average €3.2845 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 02.07.2026.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,331,079 own shares, which correspond to 0.90% of its total shares outstanding.
