Conclusion of absorption of ATHENA SA by J&P-AVAX

Further to an earlier disclosure dated 27.09.2018, J&P-AVAX SA announces the conclusion of the absorption of its 100% subsidiary ATHENA SA, in line with articles 68-78 of Law 2190/1920, article 54 of Law 4172/2013 and article 61 of Law 4438/2016, following the approval granted by the Finance Ministry with its decision #135598/14.12.2018 which was published on 14.12.2018 on the General Commercial Registry with entry record #1597391.
