AVAX SA (the «Company») announces, as per article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notification received by Mr Konstantinos Mitzalis, Managing Director of the Company, that Mr Konstantinos Mitzalis on 25.09.2026 purchased 45,000 shares of the Company, bearing the corresponding voting rights, worth €142,304.84.
