Update of Financial Calendar for 2026

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that the Financial Calendar for 2026, published on 01.04.2026 in accordance with articles 4.1.1 of the Euronext Athens Regulation and Decision #25 of the Executive Committee of Euronext Athens, is updated as regards the date of publication of its First-Half 2026 Financial Report.

More specifically, the First-Half 2026 Financial Report of the Company will be published prior to the start of trading on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 on the Company website (www.avax.gr) and the website of Euronext Athens (athens.euronext.com).

Other items in the published Financial Calendar for 2026 remain unchanged.
