Notification of Important Transactions, according to Law 3556/2007

AVAX SA (the «Company») hereby announces in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 that according to the notifications received on 29.03.2023 by Mr Stelios Christodoulou and its shareholder Cuprus-based MMLN 12 LTD, which is controlled by Mr Stelios Christodoulou as per Law 3556/2007, on 27.03.2023 MMLN 12 LTD transferred to Mr Stelios Christodoulou the total of 12,263,889 shares and voting rights it held in the Company, which represent 8.498% of the Company’s total voting rights.

Following the transaction, Mr Stelios Christodoulou directly holds a total of 12,263,889 shares and voting rights of the Company, which represent 8.498% of the Company’s total voting rights, that up to 27.03.2023 were held indirectly through MMLN 12 LTD, which no longer has direct control of any shares and voting rights of the Company.
