Election of new Board Director

J&P-AVAX announces that effective on 01.06.2015 Mr Alexios Sotirakopoulos is appointed independent, non-executive director to the Board of the Company, replacing Mr John Hastas who resigned his post at the Board.

The Company expresses its appreciation for the contribution of Mr Hastas’ considerable business experience to its Group management affairs.
