In accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, AVAX SA announces its Financial Calendar for 2023:

• announcement of annual financial results for 2022 : Wednesday, April 26, 2023
• annual briefing of analysts regarding the 2022 financial results : Thursday, May 11, 2023
• Annual General Meeting of shareholders : Wednesday, June 14, 2023

The Board of Directors will propose to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting the distribution of a dividend for 2022

• shareholders eligible for dividend : those on “record date” Tuesday, June 20, 2023
• ex dividend trade date : Monday, June 19, 2023
• dividend payment to eligible shareholders : Friday, June 23, 2023

The earliest maturity date of futures on Company shares traded on the Athens Stock Exchange precedes the ex dividend date.

Dates concerning the dividend distribution are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

The Company will keep investors posted on any date changes in its Financial Calendar.
