Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 14.07.2026 it purchased 40,000 own shares for a total amount of €140,234.87 at an average €3.5059 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 02.07.2026.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,271,079 own shares, which correspond to 0.86% of its total shares outstanding.
