FINANCIAL SCHEDULE 2022 AVAX S.A.
In accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and as regards to the Corporate Actions Schedule, AVAX S.A. announces the following:
- a) the announcement of the 2021 Annual Financial Results will take place on Wednesday April 27, 2022.
- the annual briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2021 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Wednesday May 4,
- the company’s Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place on Thursday June 23,
- the company will not distribute dividend for fiscal year 2021.
