In accordance with article 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and as regards to the Corporate Actions Schedule, AVAX S.A. announces the following:

a) the announcement of the 2020 Annual Financial Results will take place on Tuesday, April 27, 2021.

b) the annual briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2020 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Wednesday, May 05,

c) the company’s Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place on Thursday, June 24,

d) the company will not distribute dividend for fiscal year 2020.
