Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 06.08.2024 it purchased 15,000 own shares for a total amount of €19,045.56 at an average €1.2697 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

Following the afore-mentioned transaction, the Company holds a total of 30,000 own shares, which correspond to 0.02% of its total shares outstanding.
