Conclusion of absorption of E-Construction SA and PROET SA by J&P-AVAX SA

Further to an announcement dated 17.02.2017, J&P-AVAX SA announces the conclusion of the merger through the absorption of its 100% subsidiaries E-Construction SA and PROET SA, according to the approval granted by the Finance Ministry with its decision #136174/11.12.2017 which was recorded on 11.12.2017 on the General Commercial Registry with entry #1272166, in line with articles 69-78 of Law 2190/1920 and article 54 of Law 4172/2013.
