Corporate Calendar 2016

In accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, concerning companies with shares listed in the Large Capitalization Category, and as regards to the Corporate Actions Schedule, J&P-AVAX S.A. informs you the following:

a) the announcement of the 2015 Annual Financial Results will take place on Thursday March 31, 2016.

b) the annual briefing of Analysts with regard to the 2015 Annual Financial Results, will take place on Friday April 15, 2016.

c) the company’s Annual Shareholders Meeting will take place, on Wednesday June 22, 2016.

d) the company will not distribute dividend for fiscal year 2015.
