Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 30.09.2024 it purchased 13,000 own shares for a total amount of €20,046.22 at an average €1.542 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 159,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.11% of its total shares outstanding.
