Non-exercise of right to acquire equity stake in ATTIKI ODOS SA

Further to recent announcements to the investment public, J&P-AVAX SA and its 100% subsidiary ETETH SA disclose that in response to the process initiated by ATTIKAT SA regarding the sale of its equity stakes in ATTIKI ODOS SA and ATTIKA DIODIA SA to AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE SA, with existing shareholders of ATTIKI ODOS SA reserving the right of first refusal for the equity stake on offer, we have officially responded that we do not intend to exercise that right, either partially or in full.
