Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 15.07.2026 it purchased 28,000 own shares for a total amount of €98,255.02 at an average €3.51 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 02.07.2026.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,299,079 own shares, which correspond to 0.88% of its total shares outstanding.
