Notice of Significant Change in Voting Rights, as per Law 3556/2007

AVAX S.A. (the “Company”), following the information received from Mrs Chrysavgi Kouvaras and Mrs Xaviera Kouvaras on 16.07.2026, announces that as a result of the death of their father Konstantinos Kouvaras, the total of 12,799,835 common registered voting shares of the Company (8.630%) held by the afore-mentioned person through the Joint Investment Accounts (“JIA”) set up with his daughters, automatically vested in the co-beneficiaries of the respective JIAs. More specifically, each received shares corresponding to 4.315% of the total voting rights of the Company.
