Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 13.07.2026 it purchased 45,000 own shares for a total amount of €157,758.86 at an average €3.5058 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 02.07.2026.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,231,079 own shares, which correspond to 0.83% of its total shares outstanding.
