Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 09.04.2026 it purchased 15,000 own shares for a total amount of €45,397.02 at an average €3.0265 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,101,079 own shares, which correspond to 0.74% of its total shares outstanding.
