Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 07.04.2026 it purchased 30,000 own shares for a total amount of €87,706.33 at an average €2.9235 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,086,079 own shares, which correspond to 0.73% of its total shares outstanding.
