Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 13.03.2026 it purchased 3,000 own shares for a total amount of €8,992.51 at an average €2.9975 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 965,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.65% of its total shares outstanding.
