Stock Market Announcement – Comment on Press Reports regarding the Patras bridge collapse incident

In response to press reports and a related letter received by the Athens Stock Exchange, AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces it does not expect any significant impact on its financial figures from the unfortunate incident which took place on 23.07.2023 near the 206km point of the Patras- Pyrgos national highway.

The Company from the outset has been working closely with the competent authorities in the respective investigations and will proceed to any necessary announcements to inform investors, according to the laws and regulations in force.
