Olympic Village & Overlays

Construction of a large number of residencies for accomodating all Olympic teams, including landscaping works and utility network infrastructure, as well as overlay works for their use as permanent residence following the Games

The project pertained to the joint construction of Section D of the Olympic Village which includes 535 residencies in 18 two-storey and 71 three-storey blocks with a total area of 86,915 sq.m. The project also included landscaping works, infrastructure for utility networks and the post-Olympic rennovation of the apartments for permanent residence by low-income families, alloted by the Labour Residence Organisation.
