07/02/2012 - 10/11/2014
DETAILED ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT “HIGH PRESSURE NATURAL GAS PIPELINE FROM AG. THEODORI TO P.P.C. MEGALOPOLIS”
The project scope of works refers to the detailed engineering, procurement of all the required materials and equipment (except the steel pipes of 24″ and 30″ diameter) and construction of the extension of the Greek Natural Gas Transmission System for the supply with natural gas the PPC Power Plant in Megalopolis.
The project is consisted by a steel pipe with diameter of 30″ which starts from the existed station of DESFA (LVS U-7040) at Ag. Theodoroi heading West, passes Corinth Canal with the method of Horizontal Directional Drilling (H.D.D.) and ends in the area of Examilia.
Then using a steel pipe of 24″ diameter, which starts from Examilia and with direction South – Southwest, ends up to the PPC power plant in Megalopolis.
The total linear length of the pipeline of the Project is 158.940 m.
The subject of the Project also consists the construction of the relative above ground installations, therefore the Valve and Scraper stations.
