Notification of Securities Transaction pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596/2014

AVAX SA (the «Company») hereby announces in accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notification dated 04.07.2022 received by Mr Anastasios Tsakanikas, management consultant of the Company, that on 30.06.2022 Mr Tsakanikas purchased 16,000 shares, bearing a corresponding number of voting rights, worth 11,194 euros.
