LISTING OF SHARES OF “ΑVAX SA – TRADE – TOURIST – COMMERCIAL – INDUSTRIAL – BUILDING MATERIALS AND MACHINERY” ARISING FROM A RIGHTS ISSUE IN FAVOUR OF OLD SHAREHOLDERS

ΑVAX SA – TRADE – TOURIST – COMMERCIAL – INDUSTRIAL – BUILDING MATERIALS AND MACHINERY (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), announces the listing and start of trade on the Athens Stock Exchange on Thursday 20.02.2020 of the 66,666,666 new common registered shares with a nominal value of €0.30 each, issued towards the rights issue decided by the Repeat Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders held on 26.09.2020 and the Board of Directors of the Company dated 15.01.2020.

The Listings & Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange on 18.02.2020 approved the listing of the 66,666,666 new shares. The new shares will be credited on the listing date to investor accounts on the Exchange’s dematerialised share platform.
