Notes:
- The Board of Directors will propose to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting the distribution of dividend for 2024
- Provided the distribution of dividend for 2024 is approved by shareholders, the shares will trade ex-dividend past the maturity date of the June series of Athens bourse-traded Futures with AVAX shares being the underlying instrument
- Dates concerning the 2024 dividend distribution are subject the approval by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders
- Financial reports for each period will be posted on the Company website (www.avax.gr) and the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr), prior to the start of trading
- The Company reserves the right to alter the dates listed above, provided it has duly informed the investment public of any amendments to this calendar
