Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 26.06.2026 it purchased 45,000 own shares for a total amount of €152.632,08 at an average €3.3918 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,146,079 own shares, which correspond to 0.77% of its total shares outstanding.
