Announcement of Important Change in Voting Rights, as per Law 3556/2007

AVAX S.A. (the “Company”), following the notification received on 21.04.2026 from Mr Stelios Christodoulou, announces that Mr Christodoulou on 20.04.2026 sold 43,092 shares of the Company, along with the corresponding voting rights, resulting in his total stake in voting rights falling below the 5% threshold.

Following the above transaction, Mr Christodoulou is in direct ownership of 4.981% of the Company’s voting rights, corresponding to 7,388,069 shares and voting rights.
