Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 23.03.2026 it purchased 25,000 own shares for a total amount of €75,241.73 at an average €3.0097 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,020,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.69% of its total shares outstanding.
