Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 19.02.2026 it purchased 10,000 own shares for a total amount of €32,621.80 at an average €3.2622 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 847,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.57% of its total shares outstanding.
