Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 03.02.2026 it purchased 15,000 own shares for a total amount of €52,229.27 at an average €3.482 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 652,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.44% of its total shares outstanding.
