Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 29.01.2026 it purchased 20,000 own shares for a total amount of €68,172.57 at an average €3.4086 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 627,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.42% of its total shares outstanding.
