Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 18.11.2025 it purchased 5,620 own shares for a total amount of €12,879.80 at an average €2.2918 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 306,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.21% of its total shares outstanding.
