Notification of Securities Transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014

In accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, and following the notifications dated 25.08.2025 received from Mr George Giannopoulos, Chief Accountant of AVAX S.A. (the “Company”), Mr George Giannopoulos on 21.08.2025 sold 10,000 shares and voting rights in the Company, worth €24,500, and on 22.08.2025 sold 20,000 shares and voting rights in the Company, worth €50,338.
