Announcement of Important Change in Voting Rights, as per Law 3556/2007

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces, following the notification received on 18.03.2025 from Mr Stelios Christodoulou and Cyprus-based company MMLN12 LIMITED which he controls as per Law 3556/2007, that MMLN12 LIMITED on 17.03.3025 disposed of its entire (100%) shareholding in Cyprus-based company HONEYSUCKLE PROPERTIES LTD, which directly held a total of 11,133,500 shares in the Company and the corresponding voting rights, representing 7.506% of total voting rights of the Company.

Following the above transaction, MMLN 12 LIMITED currently does not control (directly or indirectly) any voting rights of the Company and Mr Stelios Christodoulou only directly controls 7.177% of the Company’s voting rights (corresponding to 10,644,913 shares and voting rights).
