Design and construction of the main Stadium and provision of all facilities required for staging Olympic events, such as the press area, VIP lounges, management areas, and cafeterias.

Additional facilities consisting of a football pitch, an Olympics specifications track, lighting poles, and athlete changing rooms. The total built area is 62,000m² and the stadium has a seating capacity of 30,000 spectators in 20 sections.
