Hospital & Underground Car Park

Construction of a hospital on a shell & core level and an adjacent underground car park towards the 2006 Asian Games.
The group participates in the joint venture awarded by the government of Qatar a contract for the construction within a 620-day deadline of a hospital and an underground car park as part of the country’s preparation of hosting the 2006 Asian Games. The project pertains to the construction of the shell & core, including all earth-moving and concrete works, of the hospital buildings and their connecting ducts to the main power station, as well as floor insulations, lightning protection, exterior tiling, window paneling, roofing and entrances. It also includes the construction of a an underground oval-shaped 556-space car park located inside the ellipsoidal intersection which is under construction adjacent to the hospital.
