Construction of nine-storey office-medical centre with an above-ground total built area of 6,087m², and four underground parking lots of 4,200m², built on a 1,691m² plot.

Building works consisted of internal gypsum partitions, internal doors (wooden, steel, glass and fire-resistant glass), painting, and floor finishes with tiles (2,428m²).
