Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 26.08.2024 it purchased 15,000 own shares for a total amount of €20,762.60 at an average €1.3842 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 130,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.09% of its total shares outstanding.
