Notification of Securities Transaction pursuant to Regulation (EU) 596/2014

AVAX SA (the «Company») hereby announces in accordance with article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notification dated 25.07.2022 received by Mr Anastasios Tsakanikas, management consultant of the Company, that on 22.07.2022 Mr Tsakanikas purchased 3,500 shares, bearing a corresponding number of voting rights, worth 2,612 euros.
