Appointment of new Chief Accountant

In accordance with the ASE Regulation and the Capital Market Commission’s Decision #3/347/12.07.05, J&P-AVAX SA announces the appointment of Mr George Giannopoulos as Chief Accountant, replacing Mr George Kantsas who retired from service.
