DESIGN AND BUILD PROJECT

Design and construction of the 40,000 net seating capacity stadium in Qatar for the FIFA 2022 World Cp with natural turf pitch for Base Legacy Stadium, total GFA 152,000m², developed in eight levels.
Legacy Stadium will be reduced to circa 25,000 seats for the Qatar Foundation Campus. It will have one synthetic outdoor football/ hockey pitch, – one Turf Farm, – six outdoor tennis courts, and three outdoor basketball courts. A series of pavilions are to form part of the design that will include an Aquatic centre and multi-sports hall and will be built as shell and core. A total GFA 53,000m² will be developed into four levels.

The football stadium building (42,700m²) is designed for a gross capacity of 44,650 spectators and includes a basement car park of 11,500m² and external works.
